yes, you're seeing this correctly. those are bubbles. in my bathroom. that came out of the toilet. there were more bubbles in my bathtub, but these were far more dramatic. who expects bubbles to come out of their toilet?! (sadly, i do...this has happened once before.)

the upside - my bathroom is now sparkling clean after spending an hour cleaning it from top to bottom, and i even organized the cabinet under my sink.

maybe this was the universe's way of saying my bathroom really needed some cleaning.
